It is important to know that all orders are carefully handmade by our co-founder and my mother, Flor Perla. Currently, all orders are also made to order and hand packaged by me, so we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. Return Policy

We value our customers greatly, therefore your satisfaction is our number one priority! Since every piece is handmade and made to order, we do not accept exchanges, only returns. Any return will result in you, the customer receiving store credit. Returns must be requested within a month of purchase and the items must be unused and new. Once the return is requested via email (julieta@perlasintimates.com) we will start the return process and guide you through it. You will receive a return label and ship the item back to us. Once the item is received, you will receive your store credit. Any order then purchased with store credit will be non-returnable and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
