As a family owned small business, we are grateful for each and every order we receive. Your order is always of the utmost importance to us! It is important to know that all orders are carefully handmade by our co-founder and my mother, Flor Perla. Currently, all orders are also made to order and hand packaged by me, so we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. Return Policy

We value our customers greatly, therefore your satisfaction is our number one priority! As of 10/21/24, we do not accept exchanges/ returns/ cancellations. We will now only accept returns if the item you received was damaged or if we are at fault for anything involving your order. Any return will result in you, the customer receiving store credit. Returns must be requested within a week of delivery and the items must be unused and new. Once the return is requested via email (julieta@perlasintimates.com) we will start the return process and guide you through it. You will receive a return label and ship the item back to us. Once the item is received, you will receive your store credit. Store credit does not include shipping costs, just the cost of the item. Any order then purchased with store credit will be non-returnable and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding!
